Autonomous Power Supply Systems
 version for printing STC Transtechnica offers reserve or autonomous power supply systems on base of inverters by Xantrex. Advanced technology electronic system provides reliable and uninterruptible work for safety systems, fire alarm, autonomous heating systems, office phone network and facsimile telegraph. It guarantees informational safety not only to main server, but also, unlike UPS, to whole informational network including all types of lighting and electrical equipment. It provides electricity to your home, office, hospital, laboratory - to where interruptions in electricity are considered as a disaster. The system includes Xantrex inverter and set of deep-cycle accumulators. System: •Simply and reliable; •Law power consumption - less than 16 W (1 W in waiting mode); •noiseless; •effective (efficiency coefficient - till 96%) •compact; •work with almost ALL electrical equipment (including electric motors, refrigerators, TV, computers, printers, cash registers etc.) In waiting mode, the inverter passes voltage from electrical network to output and at the same time charges and keeps in working condition batteries by its built-in powered charger. At the moment network voltage is disconnected or lowered system practically instantly (16 msec) switches to working with batteries and converts power from batteries to AC 220 V / 50 Hz. When electricity in network arises, system analyzes quality of voltage incoming and automatically switches to charger mode or keeps working in inverter mode (if network parameters are not conforming to prescribed) until the normal network voltage is not reconditioned. System allows to work with starting loadings of 3-4 times more its power rating that is necessary to start electric motors, pumps, refrigerators etc. System is fully adapted for working with alternative power sources (solar batteries, low powered wind and hydrogenerators). Connection to the alternative source is accomplished through the corresponding Xantrex controller. Together with the oil generator, which could be additionally mounted, autonomous power system might be created. In that case, SW series inverter allows creating proper autonomous network managing the work of generator (automatic switching on an off in accordance to fixed program through separate menu and system of timers). We offer PS, UX, DR inverter series of power from 0,5 kW to 2,4 kW for uninterruptible power supply of lighting, heating systems, electric motors, refrigerators and most of the electrical equipment. Inverters SW series and XDI Inverter were designed for power supply of such appliances as powered computer systems and laser printers. All Xantrex Inverters have many protection levels and special devices to preserve system of electrical overload, short circuit. In-built chargers provide qualitative three stage charging process with temperature compensation that not allows overheating of the battery, protects storage batteries from full discharging and provides to the battery maximum efficiency and long life time.
